This course will arm participants with tools & methodologies to foster a culture of innovation within any organization. Israel is a world leader in the number of startups per capita. In this course, we will explore case studies connected to the Israeli entrepreneurial ecosystem. The course will provide a glimpse into the Israeli startup ecosystem to give you a sense of how to grow such a culture.

The course will cover a fast-paced and condensed version of popular design thinking courses taught at several universities. It hopes to provide you with tangible frameworks and tools that you can use in your day-to-day leadership roles to foster ideas, nurture them, and ensure innovation within any organization. It will be taught through a combination of theory, case-studies, and interactive sessions to help you understand how you can adapt fundamental principles deployed by notoriously innovative companies at your own organization.
